Missed Classes
Many of our classes are recorded and available to dancers who miss class or would like to continue to work at home on the technique and/or choreography taught during the class. If your dancer misses a class, please ask us for the video link, so they can take their class from home.
Class Cancellations
Although we don’t like to, occasionally circumstances may necessitate that we cancel a class. Should that happen, your dancer may choose a different class for his/her age/ability the same week or the following week. Please let us know which makeup class your dancer will attend. Class cancellation notifications will be sent out via email and social media posts.
Additionally, our smaller studio has open dance hours where dancers may come into the studio to practice technique or choreography or watch their makeup class using our video library.
Private Lessons
Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Lessons canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $35 fee. If you cancel a lesson after the start time or miss your lesson without any notice, you will be charged the full price of the lesson. Private lessons are non-refundable.
Holiday/Break Schedule
Classes are only canceled for the holidays listed below. For all other holidays, we have classes as scheduled.
- 4th of July – July 4, 2024
- Labor Day – Sept 2, 2024
- Thanksgiving Break – November 27 through December 1, 2024
- Christmas & New Year’s Break – December 23, 2024 through January 5, 2025
- Spring Break — March 24-March 30, 2025
- Easter Weekend — April 19-20, 2025
- Memorial Day — May 26, 2025
Gift Certificates & Prepaid Tuition
We do not offer refunds for withdrawn classes. However, you are welcome to use any studio credits towards a different class within one year. Tuition is not prorated for monthly tuition. Lesson packages and gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Monthly Tuition
A 30-day prior written notice is required for withdrawal. Written notice must be provided via email. No refunds will be given for withdrawn classes; however, studio credit will be issued for any remaining balance. Studio credits may be used towards a different class within one year.
Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
